Job Description:

We are looking for a Contractor Administrator for a growing Company in Walnut Creek! As a Contract Administrator you will be responsible for reviewing the formulation and finalization of contracts as required in coordination with management and legal. The Contract Administrator must ensure compliance of appropriate regulations, research and prepare analysis as required. Candidates must have experience in the Health Care Industry. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, plus two (2) years? experience in the preparation, administration and monitoring of contracts. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and/or MediTract. Proven ability to develop, implement and coordinate projects both independently and as a team effort. Work positively and collaboratively with peers, senior level management members and third party contractors.

Knowledge of health care and office operations. Sufficient knowledge of medical terminology and activities of lease negotiations and contract compliance. Pertinent federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations.
