Immediate need for Executive Support Professional seeking excellent a part-time work schedule and a fantastic work atmosphere! Schedule is Monday through Friday from 1:00pm to 5:00pm - no exceptions.

You will be responsible for supporting a high profile Executive with their schedule, meeting planning and coordination, mail merge projects, screening calls and prioritizing tasks. You will be responsible for calendaring, travel arrangements, correspondence, reporting and presentations. Other projects could be assisting in preparation for dinner parties and reservations, sending out gift baskets and more.

Ideal candidates will have ADVANCED proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational skills, ability to work in fast pace environment while maintaining a calm solutions oriented demeanor and the ability to anticipate and act on needs of your executive!
