offers an opportunity for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) specializing in assessments within a K-12 school setting in
Hayward, CA. The role is ideal for professionals holding a
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language
Pathology and looking for contract work during the current school
year (CSY). This per diem position focuses exclusively on
conducting thorough speech and language assessments. Key
Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive speech and language
assessments for K-12 students. Accurately document findings and
prepare reports detailing assessment results. Collaborate with
school staff to gather necessary background information to inform
evaluations. Present assessment outcomes and recommendations to
designated school representatives. Maintain compliance with state
and federal guidelines for school-based speech therapy services.
Qualifications and Experience: Valid California Speech-Language
Pathology License. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in
Speech-Language Pathology preferred. Experience conducting speech
