They are now looking for an established engineer to be based at their site, local to Danville, Virginia.You will be working alongside the Plant Manager in a varied job role. This will include process optimization, designing and implementing changes, to improve process cost efficiency and product quality.This job would suit someone looking to receive specialist on the job training and motivated to progress into a senior manufacturing position.The Role:

• Key member in the design and development of manufacturing processes
• Checking processes and brainstorming improvements
• Coordinating continual process improvements
• Based in a large manufacturing facility The Person:
