Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Construction and Service
company, servicing 10 states across the western USA and in business
for over 25 years. We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable
Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. This
is not an entry-level position — only candidates with 3–5 years of
hands-on experience in commercial, low-temp, rack refrigeration
will be considered. This position IS NOT for a tech skilled only in
HVAC - if you are limited to air conditioning experience, please DO
NOT apply. Requirements Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Low Temp Refrigeration Service
Technician Proficient in: Leak Detection Motor alignment and
replacement Diagnostics of electrical systems and controls Ability
to diagnose and service across multiple brands of equipment and
control systems Understanding and experience with supermarket
refrigeration systems at low temperatures Capable of: Working
independently in client facilities Troubleshooting and repairing
equipment when operators cannot Performing start-ups of
refrigeration systems Ideal Candidate Qualities: Experienced in
both commercial and industrial refrigeration Demonstrates excellent
customer service and client relations Self-motivated, hands-on, and
a self-starter Well-organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with
short term travel and participating in an on-call rotation Must
have a clean driving record and clear criminal background for
