Our vision is to improve life one community, one table, and one bite at a time. Our pillars of operation are people, customer service, quality, and growth.
We keep a strong commitment to our employees and the communities in which we operate. Our founders believed that all of the people who make Litehouse great deserve to benefit from its success. That is why they transferred 30% of the company's ownership to its employees in 2006 and 100% by 2014. Home-grown and home-sustained, we empower all members of our organization to spark the innovations and great new ideas that will propel us into the future.
