  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of customer-facing experience, working with executives, and driving customer transformation programs.
    Preferred qualifications:
    • Experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
    • Experience with online media buying strategies and advanced technologies (e.g., GMP ecosystem).
    • Excellent creative problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage ownership proactively.About the jobBusinesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Google Marketing Platforms is core to Google strategy. The mission is to provide advertisers with Google tech, ranging from media buying platforms, advanced analytics, and optimization systems.Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000-$147,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.       Responsibilities
      • Drive adoption of solutions to help customers realize the business value of partnership and offerings.
      • Guide clients through the organizational changes needed to unlock the full value of the GMP solutions, and help them align and partner to deliver on their digital transformation. Partner with customer-facing account teams and executives to develop strategic plans that help customers achieve their business objectives.
        • Collaborate with Google Marketing Platform Certified Partners and with the Google Technical Professional Services team to project manage and coordinate necessary steps to drive the implementation of GMP products.
        • Engage marketers, agencies, and partners to lead them through adoption and use case value realization of Google Marketing Platform technology.
