Local Team Collaboration: \n \n Join our close-knit team of nine
physicians and two advanced practice providers at WTH – Dyersburg
Hospital, with support from a clinical performance nurse. \n Our
cohesive team has built strong, enduring relationships, offering a

passion for emergency medicine and managing complex cases beyond

licensing and credentialing experts. \n \n Qualifications: \n \n
Board-certified/eligible in emergency or family medicine with
emergency medicine experience. \n Ability to manage a high volume
of complex cases, including critical interventions such as
intubations, central lines, and trauma care. \n \n Practice in the
Heart of the Community \n Flexible Scheduling: \n \n 24 hours of
physician coverage complemented by 2-12 hour APP shifts/day (9a-9p
and 2p-2a). \n Access to a broad range of specialized services,
including cardiology, pulmonology, general surgery, urology, GI
pediatrics, OB, radiology, anesthesiology, nephrology, and
endocrinology. \n \n Key Responsibilities: \n \n Manage a 16-bed
emergency department, seeing approximately 75 patients per day . \n
Care for patients in critical conditions, from motor vehicle
collisions to violent crimes, with a focus on chest tube
placements, intubations, and trauma care. \n \n Living and Working
