Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM –
3:30 PM Compensation: Bi-weekly hourly pay with an option for Daily
Pay to access earnings as they are accrued. Potential to earn daily
and quarterly bonuses! Continuing Education coverage is available!
Full-time status requires a minimum of 30 hours to qualify for a

limitless growth potential. Minimum Qualifications: Valid dental
hygienist license in Virginia and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s
degree in dental hygiene (as required). Strong understanding of
dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and
medical history documentation. Current CPR Certification. Preferred
Experience: Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital
scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
Willingness to continue learning and developing clinical skills to
meet patient needs and provide preventive care and overall dental
health maintenance. Clinical requirements as needed by the office.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties as
required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable
accommodation. Accommodations may be provided to enable individuals

Prolonged periods of sitting and standing. Must be capable of
lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds occasionally. Availability for
periodic virtual or in-person training sessions throughout the

for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is
mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard
requirement must be completed before starting employment. The test
will be arranged during the pre-employment process, with necessary
guidance provided. This does not apply in the states of FL & TN.
