Experience in care coordination and case management. Experience in business development and marketing. Description: This position involves working in a rehabilitation unit. The role includes floating to cover different facilities, requiring local travel. The unit comprises 30 beds, with patient ratios of 5:1. Equipment includes an inpatient rehab gym and related equipment. The electronic health record system used is EPIC. The patient population primarily consists of adults and geriatrics. Common diagnoses include stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord injury. Candidates should possess an outgoing and assertive personality. Comfort with marketing and building relationships is essential. Flexibility is needed, as each day will differ based on the business needs. A clinical background in therapy, nursing, case management, or social work is preferred.
