Job Description OB Hospitalist Physician – Permanent Opportunity Salinas, California Position Overview We’re seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible OB-GYN Hospitalist for a full-time, permanent role providing 24-hour in-house coverage in a high-quality acute-care hospital setting on California’s beautiful Central Coast. This role offers a stable schedule, strong specialty support, and an excellent quality of life. Facility Setting Acute-care community hospital Maternity-focused program Level III NICU support Team-based, evidence-driven OB hospitalist model ? Schedule Highlights 24-hour in-house shifts ~ 7–8 shifts per month (2190 hours annually) Weekends included in rotating schedule No call – true in-house coverage model Clinical Responsibilities Labor & delivery management OB triage and emergency coverage Inpatient OB-GYN evaluations and care Assistance with obstetrical surgeries Fetal monitoring and collaboration with MFM specialists Support of a Level III NICU program ?
