CASE MANAGER FLOAT MUST HAVE RECENT ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL CASE MGMT
EXP Will float between both campuses, they are 8 miles apart Will
work EOW or a set rotation the set rotation is working EVERY
Tues-Sat 8 hour days (0800-1630) REQUIRED : Active CA license Must
have 2 years experience in an acute care hospital PREFERRED :
