Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Santa Rosa, CA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $3,540 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for night shifts (3x12-hour, 19:00–07:30) . The role involves caring for laboring and postpartum patients with a patient ratio of 1:3, supporting deliveries, and floating to like units as needed. Candidates must have strong experience in labor and postpartum care and be comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment. Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent L&D and postpartum experience (hard-stop) BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate (Advanced preferred) Orientation: 36 hours Must float between like units as needed No first-time travelers accepted No locals and no pending licenses accepted RTO must be provided at submission Facility may call off once per two-week pay period Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 REFERRAL BONUS
