Vituity, a leader in healthcare management services, is seeking a seasoned Recruiting Lead to join our Human Resources and Talent Management team. This role is integral in fostering Vituity's mission to enhance patient care across our emergency, hospital medicine, critical care, anesthesiology, and acute psychiatry specialties. As a Recruiting Lead, you will strategize and execute recruitment plans, ensure our hiring practices support our goals of excellence and inclusivity, and lead a dynamic team dedicated to recruiting the best healthcare professionals. Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligning with Vituity's mission and growth objectives. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering an environment of continual improvement and high performance. Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and craft targeted recruitment strategies. Enhance recruitment procedures, incorporating new technologies and methods to streamline candidate selection processes. Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles within the healthcare sector, ensuring timely and efficient hiring activities. Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies and guidelines in recruiting activities Proven experience in healthcare recruitment Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in recruiting software and applicant tracking systems Ability to strategize and execute effective recruitment campaigns Knowledge of employment laws and healthcare regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PHR or SPHR certification preferred Certification in healthcare recruitment is a plus
