Job Description:
Position Summary: The organization is seeking a Specialist,
People Operations to manage HR processes for dispatchers and
support various HR-related activities. This role involves ensuring
smooth onboarding for new dispatchers, maintaining HR guidelines,
compiling data-driven reports, and assisting with office events and
team-building activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong
communication skills, proficiency in English and Korean, and
experience in HR operations within tech companies. Position
Responsibilities: Operate HR processes for all dispatchers Provide
support for new dispatcher settlements Review and maintain
guideline documents Compile periodic analysis reports related to HR
data Perform additional tasks as assigned Respond to miscellaneous
requests from teams Manage office events and assist in event
planning/organization, such as all-hands meetings, happy hours, and
team-building events Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human
Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent combination of
education, training, and experience 3 years of HR experience (tech
companies preferred) Fluency in English and Korean
Computer/IT/Microsoft Office fluency Strong written and verbal
communication skills Integrity and sound judgment when handling
confidential information Excellent time management skills to handle
competing priorities and tight deadlines Strong statistical skills
of using Excel are preferred Hourly Pay Rate Range $45 - $55 USD
