PositionThe Salesforce Developer is a key member of the Technology
Department, responsible for enhancing the organization's Salesforce
instance. Responsibilities include delivering optimizations,
building integrations, managing development cycles,
troubleshooting, and leading large projects. The role requires
initiative and collaboration, aligned with our core values:

and Innovation.Typical daily tasks include:
- Maintaining and optimizing Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack
and integrations
- Building integrations using Salesforce APIs with a focus on
security and scalability
- Developing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and
custom UIs
- Following Salesforce best practices and auditing code
- Interacting with end-users to identify needs and develop
solutions
- Providing support and troubleshooting
- Creating support documentation and training staff
- Collaborating with the Salesforce Administrator on releases and
deployments
- Serving as an emergency backup for the Salesforce
AdministratorExpectationsMust Haves:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Experience in Salesforce development, including page layouts,
custom fields, and automations
- Strong documentation skills
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Collaborative attitude and positive outlook
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Active participation in the Salesforce Community
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related
fieldNice to Haves:
- 3-5 years Salesforce Developer experience
- Experience with Salesforce NPSP, Experience Cloud, Lightning
Design System, and testing
- Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, APIs,
and databases
- Additional certifications like Salesforce Platform Developer
II, Administrator, etc.Schedule & CompensationFull-TimeSalary
ranges vary by location, e.g., $95,000 - $119,000 in CA and NY,
$95,000 - $105,000 in FL and OH. Actual salary depends on
experience, location, and performance.We value diverse experiences
