A respected Sacramento plumbing company is in need of an Administrative Dispatcher. If you can multi-task within various computers systems, have routed and dispatched technicians in the field, and can provide empathetic service to upset customers, all while maintaining an upbeat disposition, this position could be for you! With very few customer calling for preventative maintenance, their calls are typically from upset customers, knee deep in leaking water or other plumbing hazards. Empathy is required to put the customer at ease and help them understand that this one call will be the solution to their problems. Stellar experience with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word required. Opportunity to grow into the Dispatcher or Billing Services side of the business. Looking for individuals with one to three years experience in dispatching service technicians.
