Deploy, configure, and maintain eGain’s Cloud Services based on AWS
infrastructure, services, and tools • Develop and maintain tools to
automate routine operational tasks • Resolve customer questions
about eGain Cloud SaaS solutions via phone, chat, and email •
Troubleshoot customer problems, working with product engineering
Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline •
Experience in a cloud operations or technical support role in a
SaaS company (preferred) • Certifications such as AWS Certified
Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, AWS
Certified AI Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect –
Associate (preferred) • Experience in building automation tools
using AI (preferred)
