Job Description:
Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst III Location: 6520 Kaiser Dr,
Fremont, CA 94555 Contract: 12 months Pay rate: $60.05/hr on W2
Summary: Our IT Logistics team is seeking a highly motivated,
goal-oriented, and hands-on supply chain analyst to facilitate the
implementation of industrial engineering and Lean principles within
our warehouse operations and global supply chain processes. The
successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of
warehouse operations, end-to-end supply chain functions, data
analysis methodologies, and supply chain management software. This
role requires collaboration with internal teams and external
vendors to implement process improvements and manage projects from
inception to completion, ultimately taking ownership of operational
process enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the
operations team to pinpoint constraints, conduct root cause
analyses, and execute effective solutions; respond to daily
process-related escalations. Assist Process Engineers in the
development and deployment of novel processes and methods to
enhance efficiency, reduce costs, augment data visibility, and
improve inventory accuracy. Recommend and institute updates to
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with the
established change management protocol. Conduct time studies and
resource utilization analyses. Serve as the primary liaison between
the operations team and third-party vendors to coordinate routine
activities; meticulously track and follow up on outstanding items
and escalations. Meeting Management: Organize and conduct regular
synchronization meetings and training sessions to ensure
transparency and keep all stakeholders apprised of process
modifications and updates. Work collaboratively with data
intelligence teams to develop comprehensive metrics dashboards,
thereby providing real-time visibility into performance indicators
and enabling informed decision-making. Qualifications: A Bachelors
degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a
closely related field is required. A minimum of three (3) years of
professional experience in supply chain disciplines within a
manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics environment is mandatory.
Required Skills: Proficiency in Lean Methodologies is essential.
Must possess a data-driven approach. Exceptional verbal and written
communication skills with meticulous attention to detail are
required. The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
is necessary. Demonstrated ability to create detailed process flow
maps and Standard competing demands and deadlines. Advanced
proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques. Advanced
proficiency in the GSuite platform (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Advanced
skills in process mapping methodologies. Preferred Skills: The
ability to create visualizations in Tableau or utilize SQL for data
extraction. Prior experience in reverse supply chain operations or
the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) sector. Experience in IT logistics.
Must-Have Skills: Lean Methodologies & Process Improvement Advanced
Data Analysis (Excel, GSuite) Strong Communication & Attention to
Detail Nice-to-Have Skills: Tableau/SQL for Data Visualization
Reverse Supply Chain or ITAD Experience IT Logistics Background
Degrees/Certifications: Required: Bachelors or Masters degree in
Supply Chain management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Identify and resolve process
constraints and escalations Develop and implement new processes
with Process Engineers Update SOPs and conduct time/resource
studies Liaise with vendors and manage meetings/training Build
metrics dashboards with data teams Pursuant to the California Fair
