We’d love to chat if you have: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent — advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 15 years of experience in fintech building at scale • Hands-on in programming languages like Java, Python, or Go • Proficient in cloud computing infrastructure and the underlying concepts • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience leveraging Gen AI technologies to accelerate software engineering by designing prompts, rigorously evaluating outputs, and integrating LLMs • Public-facing impact (publications, talks, articles, open source contributions, etc.) is a big plus Visa Sponsorship: Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
