Our client, located in West Chester, Ohio is seeking a Lead Buyer/Planner. Competitive Wage and Benefits. You will be the Lead Buyer for team on expediting past due supplier orders, consolidating shortages and report out multiple times daily on recovery plans and get well dates. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Purchasing and negotiating materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors.
• Evaluates vendor quotes and services to determine most desirable suppliers.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
