Details Posted: March 30, 2021 Location: Danville, Pennsylvania Show Map Salary: Open Type: Full Time Discipline: Operations Job SummaryProvides the technical and administrative resources necessary for the document preparation, maintenance, follow-up and financial analysis of Information Technology's contractual relationships.Job DutiesCoordinates contract review sessions with both internal and external attendees.Verifies changes made by the vendor to the draft contract for the Contract Analysts' final review.Reviews final documents prior to signature, checking for formatting, grammar, and spelling errors.Manages the contract through the internal and external approval and signature processes.Verifies the need for a Tax Exemption Certificate, Vendor Profile and W9 documents and, if necessary, obtains this information from the appropriate parties.Prepares purchase requisitions which detail the payment structure of the executed agreements.Follows up with vendors to determine status of unreturned contracts.Upon completion of the contract process, scans the documents and enters the appropriate information into the Contract Management database.Audits and maintains accurate, organized contract files and database.Serves as a liaison for the other Fiscal Management staff and IT areas to insure the terms and conditions of the contracts are enforced and answers questions as they apply to the contract.Work is typically performed in an office environment.
