Bacherlors degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university; a
minimum of one to three years related experience in underwriting or
analytics; or equivalent combination of education and
Receive and respond to requests for servicing actions on
existing loan portfolio, including but not limited to collateral
releases, substitutions, subordinations and other related actions.
Spread and Analyze borrowers/guarantor financial performance,
credit reports, available collateral and other documentation to
determine ongoing credit worthiness and loan support. Prepare
credit authorization and write-up for servicing action requests.
Recommend approval or decline through appropriate analysis and
supporting documents and according to Bank policy and SBA and other
established regulatory guidelines. Follow for concurrence and
communicate Bank/SBA decision to borrower according to and within
regulatory guidelines. Prepare documentation to complete servicing
actions, complying with all actions required to protect the
SBA/B&I guarantee. Close service action documentation with
borrower and related parties. Follow for timely submission of
monthly payments through oral communication and inquiry with the
customer. Identify the need for further action as related to
delinquent payments and notify the SVP/SBA Department Manager.
Assist SVP/SBA Department Manager in monitoring loan performance
and recommending risk grade changes based on changes in risk
factors including, but not limited to, financial performance,
