Job Description:

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (TX).
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls
Schedule transportation reservations for healthcare appointments and check their status
Interact with health plan members, transportation providers, and healthcare facilities

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
One (1) year of inbound call center experience in a high call volume atmosphere
Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and NEMT guidelines (preferred)
Knowledge of health insurance programs and benefits (preferred)
