seeking Experienced Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team in
Milpitas, CA. If you have a proven track record in automotive sales
and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer
experiences, this is the opportunity for you. We offer a
competitive compensation package with a guaranteed $5,000 for the
first 3 months to support your success as you ramp up.
Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs
and provide tailored vehicle solutions. Manage the entire sales
process from initial inquiry through to closing the deal. Maintain
comprehensive knowledge of Envision Motors inventory, pricing, and
promotions. Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
to encourage repeat business and referrals. Meet and exceed monthly
and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with finance and service
departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. Requirements
Proven experience as a sales consultant in the automotive industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment. Self-motivated with a
positive attitude and a desire to exceed goals. Valid driver’s
license and reliable transportation. Must pass the background check
and drug test. Benefits Competitive compensation ranging from
$80,000.00 to $240,000.00 per year, paid semi-monthly. Guaranteed
$5,000 for the first 3 months to support your transition.
